I'm due to leave the UK for the first time in 5 years on Thursday, visiting family for a long weekend in Sweden. I wouldn't mind being stranded there, but would be very hacked off if the trip was cancelled all together.

I was caught out with this last time - had to cancel trips to Germany and Holland. Next week I am due to fly to Dubai, then Norway the week after Sods law says I am going to be stranded at Heathrow  |
