There was an air of complacency about us at the start of the season. From the board, manager, players and fans alike. Having the likes of Greer, Paynter and Austin here now may have prevented us from going down but we'd have still been shit and an equal measure of complaint against Fitton would still exist.

Indeed, their "Be there or Blue square campaign" didn't quite go to plan sadly. Shame as I quite liked Lee Peacock, always gave his all for us.

On the other hand, who gives a fuck? It's Swindon's worst ever run we should be concerned with and we're getting pretty closed to the debate on whether this is worse then the 99/00 run being over at this rate!

To be honest at this point any win is merely a consolation, as most will agree we aren't likely to win 5 from 7 games (as much as I'd like us to). I'm far more interested in the board's plans to take L2 by storm next season now for a return bounce to L1!

Write this off as a failure of a season, and look forward to a cracking 11/12 campaign. The future's still bright, the future's still red.
