Given how we've reaped such benefits from securing Austin's signature, and Poole Town nurtured that talent, I hope Swindon fans might be persuaded to help an impoverished club. Had we won at Wembley, Poole were set for a pay day that would've set them up for the coming few seasons. Not to be.

We're not that impoverished tbf(I don't know whose side I'm on now) It's a well run club with no debts who play a decent brand of footie, currently on the look out for a new ground, but think that is hopefully nearly sorted. Maybe Swindon could be persuaded to be the guinea pigs when it's finally completed?

Is there a similiar case of a town as large as Poole playing this far down the footballing pyrmaid. They got potential for sure, especially with all them multi-millionaires in Sandbanks.

Yep, it's as testicle gratingly painful viewing as I expected it to be. Thank goodness my Tesco Home Brand cider is numbing the pain.
