I went to a couple of supermarkets this morning to pick up some boxes they said they would put aside for me (I'm moving) and both forgot, so it was a wasted trip.  Due to the detour, I got stuck in traffic and was late for work and a meeting with the boss.  I stubbed my toe getting out of bed.  I forgot to get my lunch out of the fridge.  My email account has packed up.  We have builders in the office so all I can hear is a drill - this is playing havoc with my hangover.  However, the absolute worst thing - we've run out of milk.  No tea all morning.

Who on earth invented Monday mornings?

Mondays have recently become my day off - it's really quite welcome (apart from working Saturdays and Sundays) Smiley

I feel like Ive been run over this morning - probably due to 2 x fitness tests in staff training last night and moving a million tables and chairs yesterday

I turned up at the client for a meeting and the person I was supposed to be seeing is off sick. I think he has the right idea. Unfortunately this messes up my week.

Yeah, but working has some benefits too - like getting paid.

Unemployment has some benefits.

That's Neville-esque, surely.

Unemployment has some benefits.

I'm doing it wrong then.

I was up at 6 thanks to the kids.

I took bigger one to school and went to my mums in Ciren to do some job search/application stuff.

Got a phone call pretty soon after to say come and collect big, he's ill.

Little on has a pooey nappy that changing.

Bigger one is laying on the sofa complaining of stomache ache, farting like a farty thing and has kids TV on.

Happy Days Smiley

No I couldn't - I'm not falling for that one.  Tea without milk?  Yeah - I'll have some non-alcoholic beer with my lentil bake too.
