Anyone know if any banks issue these anymore? I need to open account with this type of card.

Haven't heard of this card for ages... thought they were pretty much made obsolete for Maestro?

Michael is the man to advise on that one, he helped me when I thought I had lost my money in the XL fiasco.

Why does it depend on card? Barclays is the most common place for issuing this type of card.
It used to be a young adults card, you couldn't use it at many places. Crud.
