Avatar help

Right... I would like one of those fancy .gif avatar things, of Cox's goal against Fenerbahce.

I've downloaded the video from youtube and converted it to .avi but that's as far as I can get. I've tried a few different bits of software but they all left a watermark, like the one below. What do I use to get rid of this?

I made a Sunday Roast yesterday and some how managed to burn the gravey.

doesnt help with my Gravey problem though does it..

Gravy... what sort of gravy was it? Granules or proper gravy made from meat stock?
