No doubt Kewell will be as welcome at Elland Rd, as a visit from Lord Mawhinney  Grin

It's not really suprising - in fact I'd put money on Kewell not even thinking that the fans that once chanted his name (postively) would be offended.

But what does Kewell owe them, other than developing him into the football that would be often outstanding for Leeds, Australia and allow him to bench warm at Liverpool for megabucks.

These letters of apology/justification/thanks from players are becoming quite trendy these days.

meh. leeds fans are a bunch of trumped-up twats. some seem to think they've got a god-given right to be a big football team and be playing magical football at higher levels, but they're down here for a reason tho, and they need to accept that. if they dont piss this league this season i'll laugh. quite a bit.

He was at Leeds when this happened.

I cant believe many clubs wanted him, so it must be a case of needs must. Nothing gets between a footballer and his wage packet these days.

Apparently Kewell was a Liverpool fan as well, which was why he was so half arsed for them for 4 years on about 60,000 a week.

English football is well shot of this utter waster. Harry Kewell persona non grata.

But then as Leefer says, they still go on and on about Munich.

Got a dvd of the Leeds Man Yoo game of about 1997 and theres literally a whole street of them doing the aeroplanes. Hypocrites.

Neither Kewell or Leeds have got any class.
