Ive got a development near there which the locals all moaned at, would improve it too.

The cemnetray isnt in a bad condition at all to be fair

The first house I bought was on Stafford Street, just up the road from the cemetary.

If anyone is interested (which I doubt), the Radnor Street cemetary and the Glue Pot both got a mention in the first chapter of a very bad novel that my brother lent to me a few months ago.  I can't remember the name of the novel.
