Classic film, but mainly for the memories associated with it. I was in California when it came out over there, so saw it at a drive-in with four classic California girls and the lad I was knocking around with - we went in his big white convertible, half-watched the film while ogling the huge amount of eye candy and, erm, not inhaling Bill Clinton/Jacqui Smith stylee. Then went back to one of the lasses' house for a pool/jacuzzi party. Somehow, Southport beach wasn't quite the same when I got back from that holiday.

That story has many of the elements that forms a John Hughes rite-du-passage movie in its own right!

That's no mystery that Hardy Boys do with Nancy Drew Sorta with her drawers down quarter The extorter bring slaughter like "Well I oughta" I suggest you hand over the formula dulia? A villain in your land, in his land a ruler Hard hitting like puffin a woola with Lieutenant Uhura Everyday feel like its an off day with Ferris Bueller Brother pull heat to prove they're not sweet No matter how you spell it, we still got beats

Maggie Thatcher can you hear me? Your boys took a hell of a beating!"

The highlight is the Ferrari 250 swb California Spider. One of the most beautiful cars ever and now the most expensive.

And Cameron wrecking it at the end!!!
Bit of a slow download but it finished today and just watched it.
I was expecting it to be a tad dated after all of these years, but I was wrong as it is still as good as ever.
The misses also loved after watching it first the first time ever, oh what a sheltered life our far Eastern cousins have led.
