Anybody know what the good free football streaming thingies are these days? Do you still have to fuck about with Sopcast and shit?

Then click the match i want, and look for the ones that say "media player" on the lefthand side. That way it just usually opens up in your browser, or through windows media player.
Can be a bit hit and miss, but i cant get sopcast to ever work for me.
