i saw the doc this morning, i definitely have a hernia  :shock:

and i have to do loads of revision today, tomorrow, and for the entire following week  Sad

you can get one from exercise, going to the toilet, sex. men get them more often as we've got a weak point in the groin.

I got mine all those years ago trying to push a wheel barrow.  Suppose that's quite a disappointing reason really.

it's something about our testes forming near where our kidneys are when we're a phoetus. then they move forward to where they are now, and hence we're more vulnerable to hernias.

its a bit of small intenstine that is poking through, i assume they'll push it back in and patch it up somehow.

They push it in and but some gauze type stuff over it to stop it coming out again.
