 What the Goddards?  As I understand it,  they're building houses out the back...the old building will become a chain pub, with apparently some element of hotel rooms, 18 in all.

The rooms are hidieous
Did some contract work in there and there is an awful lot of refurbishments going on, suggest it may have improved somewhat!
