not that desperate?  we only have Paynter and Sturrock as available strikers for Saturday!! Ok i guess you could move Roberts or Peacock (altho he is still doubtful) up there too ... but we should have been well ahead of the game - this takeover has been close for weeks now - why no irons in the fire whatsoever??? We were fine at Walsall and almost ended there 19 match unbeaten run, if we don't get any players by Saturday it wont be the end of the world. As long as were solid then we will do fine against Forest. I am confident we will get the right re-inforcements in before the end of January. Fatters if Malpas is a success your going to have some big humble pie coming your way. |
