You can get a core2duo for £50 that is so much better...

I know you want to get as much as possible which is cool, but you'd be seriously mugging someone off at £450. If you can go ebay or local ad or something and do it then that's fine, but selling things through a forum I think it's only right a fair price is to be had by all.

i'm not denying that i just think £300 is too cheap to sell it.

I had an old Tosh laptop, probably about 15 years old. Had a P1 100mhz also, 64mb ram with the luxury of an internal floppy drive. Chucked it away last year when I moved house because the 500mb hard drive was fooked and you can't buy replacements for them now

Acorn's were quality. I used to have an A500. Best operating system I have used.

The BBC basic was so damn easy to follow knocked Commodore and Sinclair into a cocked hat, I learnt to program on a BBC model B with the same operating system as the Acorns...class
