Darren Patterson quoted in the Oxford Mail:

'As far as I'm concerned, our season starts on Boxing Day.'

They must yearn for the days when they were 'Champions by Christmas'.

I see only six sides have scored less goals than Oxford so far this season.
24 goals in 21 conference games in pretty appalling.
They didnt score in either game against Angels in the big amatuer cup nor against Aldershot in the Womens Institute Cup last weekend.
Dont think they scored against Southend either in two FA cup games recently.
We thought we had problems with scoring? Soapy Tit Wank
