Looks like Kassam wants to build more stuff to add to his empire whilst fucking the scum about, Now if this happened, Scum would not be allowed back in the league as you need 4 stands I believe (well even 3 if the league allow them back with the same ground etc) Wonder what would happen if Aldershot went up, they only have 3 stands. anyway bye bye scum"
