The moving finger writes the latest chapter in the changing of our club;and having a writ moves on  ... or does it? It seems to have gone very quiet after the news broke last week that Bill Power was pressing for the return of his money.

Did the club respond by the end of last week and has it been sorted in the takeover, or has the matter now gone to court?

I would assume that either the new owners will pay it or it will go to court.

That was the question. The report said BP gave them to the end of last week. So does anybody close enough to factual information know if it has proceeded to court or not?

Is the writ against the club or certain individuals?
