Bored shitless tonight, I just did a quick recce on the interweb and found this from a couple of years ago:

Sir Seton Wills has told Swindon Town's directors that he is no longer prepared to keep paying the club's debts. His decision makes the Robins' proposed re-development on the County Ground even more important to the teams future.

Swindon Town's biggest shareholder is estimated to have sunk up to £10 million of his own money into the County Ground over the last decade.

The club lost around £800,000 last year, a debt that was only settled when the Wills family agreed to underwrite a loan for that amount.

But while Sir Seton is not planning to abandon Swindon, he has also made it plain that he can not afford to keep bailing them out.

"We're not letting the grass grow under our feet."
Bob Holt
Plans to break-even are based around the club's hopes of re-developing the County Ground, a move which has stalled because of disagreements with developers St Modwens in recent weeks.

Swindon Town director Bob Holt says they have not given up all hope of working with their current partners but they are fully prepared to go elsewhere if something is not sorted out soon:

"We'd like to think that it would be with St Modwens but clearly if they don't play ball then we'll have to think of an alternative.

"We're not letting the grass grow under our feet.  As I said we're looking for sites elsewhere, we're looking at other developers and looking for other investors because it's been indicated, by the Wills family, that they're no longer prepared to keep underwriting the losses and quite understandably. I mean you run out of money at some stage."

Can we run a tef comp and award a prize for the person who can come up with the most 'Sir Seton is about to pull the plug' statements?

That statement should be put on a orange leaflet and handed out along with statements like "more money to shake a stick at" and "you would smell the leather burn if a investor came in"
