martin howells: hello. i contacted your technical support last night regarding my subscription to McAfee products. I have upgraded my computer to x64 Windows and realise now my McAfee software is redundant even though i have recently paid £50
they informed me to contact yourselves to see if i can either have a refund of exchange for the enterprise version which is x64 compatable

martin howells: That is what your technical team told myself but said there is an Enterprise product which is compatable and to discuss with yourselves the posibily of obtaining this so my computer is protected

martin howells: i use both. i have windows xp Pro x64 edition with a P4 x64bit compatable processor

martin howells: ok. but when i have tried to download my McAfee from my account page it wont let me install it.

martin howells: the message i recieve is: The version of Windows installed on this machine is not supported. Please refer to the product document for a list of supported operating systems.
