Firstly last year there was a statment from seton wills i believe stating that if an investor showed an interest in the club and they showed that they could take the club forward then the current board would walk away.

Since then obviously there have been lies regarding the CVA.

I just think that the consortium are letting the board walk over them a little, the reason being that after looking at the meetings from the trust meeting it was said that and i quote:-

"A meeting was arranged between the two sets of lawyers with the following items for discussion

The repayment of BP/PE’s original investment of £pound;1.2m
Clarification of the situation surrounding the alleged shareholding in the club/holding company which was originally discussed in relation to this investment
The potential takeover of the football club by the Fans’ Consortium

Neither Mike Wilks or Mike Diamandis attended this meeting. Mike W explained that given the very hostile statements from the club directed at him personally in the run-up to the meeting, it was felt it would not have been helpful for him to attend.

At this meeting it was agreed that an agreed statement would be issued to the media within 24hrs, also an answer to the proposal would be forthcoming within 7 working days.

At this present time neither has been achieved, although PE did state that lawyers had been in contact today to state that a response would be issued before the weekend, hopefully Thursday

It seems that the club are just playing games and using stalling tactics, Phil Emmell was expecting a response by the weekend but it has not happened, why should we keep waiting for answers from the club's solicitors when they make us wait weeks and when they finally do say something it's something along the lines of the club is not for sale or we do not wish to talk to you regarding a takeover.

How much longer can BP, PE and the trust wait? how much longer can they take this from thr board?

I would give the board until the end of next week to reply to the 3 questions posed by the trust otherwise i would call a emergency trust meeting and get the fans to go for all out protests which i'm sure would happen if the club ignore the consortium or refuse to deal with them.

Obviously if the CVA is negotiated then it will be alot harder for the consortium to get control of the club unless we put them under real pressure.

What should we do if the CVA is negotiated? i hope the consortium will still fight to get control of the club and not give up!

I'm sick of bob holt slagging of the trust, he was the same on the radio tonight!

We should give it another week and if nothing has changed and if the club's solicitors have not contacted the consortiums solicitors by the end of next week then we really do need all out protests because we cannot just sit here doing nothing otherwise the consortium stand no chance of getting control of this club!!

The hard facts are:-

1.Bill Power is owed £1.2million, how can the board pay that back?

2.£900k Is owed for the CVA, the only way the board can pay that is if they can negotiate it.

3.The boards solicitors should have contacted the trusts solicitors by the end of this week.

4.The board said last year they would sell and walk away if someone could take the club forward.

5.The CVA is not dependant on moving to a new ground/ground development.

Also i think they are not backing Sturrock, we have a thread bare squad and we need some new players, Sturrock wants some new players, i think Sturrock is not the problem, maybe the board are not letting him make any new signings, has anyone thought that?

Also has anyone thought about how the board paid the £100k CVA payment recently?

Put it this way it is a possibility that because we have got rid of quite a few players and have not brought anyone in, they may have deliberately made Sturrock get rid of some players to trim the wage bill and make some extra money and then pay the £100K CVA, I'm not saying thats true but it's a possiblity.

Does it not seem strange to anyone that Sturrock wanted new players last month and on tuesday night he said he wanted to bring in a few players on loan but nothing has materialized yet again?

Maybe we are under a transfer embargo by the league? Nothing would surprise me with these cunts at the helm.

The club have always said when we've been under a transfer embargo in the past, not that it neccesarily means they'd tell us now though.

Wouldn't see a reason the FL would place one on us right now though?

the other clubs dont have a problem taking loan signings on their budget ,with the best support and highest prices we seem to struggle maybe the southern climate puts off a lot of reserve players of playing for a team chasing automatic promotion or is it the fact they don;t want to be booed if they f--k up.?
