For stadium redevelopment & all the complications that seem to go with it - TAKE NOTE.

Lets hope we find ourselves in this situation sooner rather than later.

This is interesting though

Manager Steve Tilson and assistant Paul Brush said the possibility of relocating was a major factor in their decision to sign new one-year contract extensions with the club last month.

Roots hall to be fair was an absolute sh*t hole with a school canteen style refreshment area.  I also remember them for not having enough change for our fans on that miserable Friday night so tickets ended up being 20 instead of 18

To be honest i'd sooner go ahead with the plans the Trust have put forward, i think a majority of Swindon fans don't want one of these carbon copy soul less bowl stadiums with no atmosphere that goes with them.

Difference is - For Southend to want a new stadium they have to move away from Roots Hall.

We do not need to move away from the CG site to build a 20,000 stadium

No, it's going to take 2 years for them to build it.
