Janas was shit, it all went to his head when we qualified, and lossed out opening two game in the world cup.
Same happened 4 years previous, Poland blitzed qualifying as the first european team to do so that year, got drew USA, Portugal and Korea
we think, easy, will beat korea, get beat by portugal and go on to win agains USA, after our superb qualifying form we had every right to be confident.
Whats happened? we get beat 2-0 by Korea, stuffed 4-0 by Portugal then win the last game 3-1 against USA but like this year it was too late.
Bartek, something you may be able to help me with, whats happened to olisadebe? I know he was out injured for sometime with panathanikos but came back and scored a hattrick in his openeing game, then he come to portsmouth for a bit but redknap didnt want him, so sent him back, whats the deal with him now? i dont know what his form is like but any chance of getting him backin the poland team? because to be fair he was phenomenal for us, 9 goals in 12 games is not a bad ratio for qualifying games.
Bring back the likes of Hajto and Nowak and Citko

Bring back the likes of Hajto and Nowak and Citko Oli hasn't been playing because Janas didnt like him. Then again, Frankowski and Zurwski were on fire in the last qualifying campaign, with the donkey (Rasiak) being the sub. If Oli got fit again, then i'd like to see him join the squad. Its seems that when we play the shit teams like Azerbajan, we have enough quality and pace to out play the oposing team and win (I went to the 8-0 game in Warsaw). However when we play some of the better nations in football (eg the Niemcy in the world cup), we have no bloody pace in attack, meaning we play hoofball and dont really look like scoring Its a shame we are blessed with good goalies, yet poorer outfield players.

This is true, but as you can see we played well against portugal and beat them, and have now won 3 on the trot, in qualifiers, it was always going to be a tough group for poland but i think with current form we are more than capable of getting through.
Why janas didint take frankowski is beyond me, i was gobsmaked, after the peach he scored agains england in qualifiers and the numerous other goals it was stupid, lets hope leo knows what he's doing,
oli would be great but after numerous knee problems i cant really see it happening.

Frankowski has been shit since he moved to Wolves. He lost shit loads of confidence. Personally, i glad to see Leo bring new players into the team. He seems to be getting it right.
Our next 4 games are against the wiping boys of the group, so we should get 12/12.
I think its between us, serbia and Portugal as to who qualifies. I think Finland will falter soon

we also have a dissadvantage in out group having 7 teams as the others have 6 yet the rules stay the same, surely as we have an extra team, and extra team should qualify, its only fair

Bloody hell we've been invaded by the poles!!!
Fair play, makes a change from hearing the same old shit about England (and Scotland and Wales and Mexico and Northern Ireland and Eire etc).
We could all become experts on Polish fitba!!
