Um no thanks.

The engine in my Civic is one of the most amazing engines ever made.

   no its not.

Pie boy, what do you know about cars?  Cheesy

Enough to know that a mass production hatchback made in swindon does not have "one of the most amazing engines ever made"

That acolade should clearly be reserved for supercars

Ask petrolheads everywhere what they think of the K20a engine.

It's a good engine, and indeed is one of the best engines in a production car.

Personally i think the 1.3 Wankel in an RX-8 is far more technically advanced, but that's neither here nor there as that engine has limited life, most V-Tecs don't, at least not in the conventional sense.

I'm sure it is a good engine, and that the type R is a very good car.  I cant help but think that the engine in the bugatti veyron is better though.

No they don't  have a "limited life" you're thinking of triple rotor turbo nutter RX-7- there's plenty around with over 60k on the clock and no problems
