Chris, point taken and sorry for the slightly "tantrummy" nature of my response - it's been a very long week. But reading my reply back, I'm a bit embarassed now. Oops Ah, well, not the first time and won't be the last.

FWIW, I agree with you - there's a place for both representative meetings and open to all comers fans' meetings (which is why we held one recently!). We have said, when asked why the club weren't asked to the open forum we held recently, that they should hold a fans' forum of their own if they wish to address fans en masse.
