Shows what high regards Bates holds him in which is no suprise as they have apparently a close friendship apparently Bates is god father to one of Dennis's kids.  Its not all cut and dry though in my book Leeds fans do not want him and I honestly believe despite the doom and gloom around the club that Dennis will see the job out here and at least do 1 year and get us promoted.
