Think we need a new striker come January, dont for one think Peacock and Roberts are prolific enough to get 290 goals a piece

Don't need a striker, Evans will score 25 goals.

but we've got goals coming from other players for a change, so the reliance on the strikers to get 20 goals each isn't so great. evans will almost certainly bag double figures, i can see ince chipping in with a few and although shakes' finishing has been poor so far, he's been in the right positions so will come good. we also threaten at set pieces, so there's a fair shout our centre-backs will score a few between them.

we've got 5 strikers, there's no room for another when there are other positions in need of strengthening.

Yes, I find it hard to swallow that we are not higher in the league right now, this is clearly due to a lack of goals.

Totally agree. our position does not do us justice given the chances we have created. Peacock and Roberts have just constantly wasted them and it is costing us dear so far. Same old Swindon really

On the Wrexham board some of their fans were so impressed with Roberts they thought he should get in with a shout for the Welsh squad. And say what you want about Wales, thats still a high accolade for a 4th div player.

Hes going to get goals. Shame about the 1 on 1 saturday.

I think you're demanding too much of just the front two and not looking further into the team - I'd be prepared to accept a miserly 250 goals from Roberts and Peacock with, say, a further 150 coming from midfield and the fullbacks chipping in with 80-odd. As the BreadVan's in goal, I think we can let him off with 25, coming up for late corners, Robinson-stylee. Oh, and we should win the division with at least 800 points. Will that do?
