VERY. well pozeath just up the coast, probably second best surf spot in cornwall, has about 6 OAP's post september apart from the inbred yokels.
newquay might be slightly better but its a bit townie with all those superclubs

if you want serenity and a good investment polzeath would be worth a look - 30 mins up the coast and without the pikeyness of newquay. its expensive though, but always rising, my mates dad bought a run down bungalow with sea view for £400k. property gets snapped up quick though.

The place I'm getting is actually in Padstow, which I'm assuming is pretty close to Polzeath. I have a friend who's living in Polzeath at the moment, but he's in a state of mental depression and doesn't seem to want to see me because of the trauma we suffered together. Fucking pussy Yeovil, I've got more books for you if you want them after that, as long as you promise to pass them on to someone who you think will enjoy them. I don't like hanging onto books. |
