Good pictures guys. I think I have one of roberts bum bum on my phone, not intentional of course. I think cirens little ground is cute, there was a nice atmosphere yesterday. Did anyone see the old dugouts on the right as you come out of the ground ? Old school! They were made of wood! Getting to the ground was a bit of a cafuffle though.

Why were they wearing last season's away shirt? Good photos by the way That photo of Peacock warming up, he looks like a Street Fighter character. They will probably have an "official launch" ie the first game of the season. Normally its the last game of the previous year but the time really wasn't right was it! I expect they will wear the new gear for the Palace and Reading games. Maybe they will wear the away kit fot Palace and home kit for Reading?

Ciren's ground doesn't look quite so dull and featureless on those pics! Glad to see you're starting Batch Jr off early. I assume you had enroled him as a junior robin whilst he was still in the womb. I believe that is fairly standard procedure.

When I got my away shirt last Sat the lady in the shop said the shirts are already in stock but not on sale. Apparently they are launching the new home shirt at the Reading game to maximise impact and sales. Makes a refreshing change that the club seem to be doing things with some form of business strategy.

As per kevjoycreed, home shirts will be ready for the Reading Saturday game and maybe the day before if you are lucky. The players will wear it that day.
Away shirt will be worn this Sunday v Pal-arse
That was from the friendly shop lady today.

For some reason the thing I found the most interesting on this thread was trying to work out what mini-batch was reading. although I can't quite work it out.... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/bbook.jpgIt looks like Ninja ja Lady which would of course translate as "ninja and lady" in finnish. I can only presume it's a love story with martial arts - the best sort. good god I sould find something to do. Not sure about baby's but reading pre-2 sounds pretty impressive. I was about 10 times as old when I finally cracked it, yet alone finnish.

Yes, a real genius. It's a 'buggy buddies' book with just pictures in it. Have to say I cringed a bit when he pointed at the monkey and made "oooh oooh aaaaah aaaah" noises. Racist bastard. http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/printed-books/buggy-buddies/
