Woan to stay
STFC Under-18s coach Ian Woan looks set to stay at the County Ground for another season.

There has been speculation about his future since the change of manager, but he is now likely to remain as coach of the under-18s after meeting with David Tuttle who has just been taken on to oversee the entire youth set-up.

In other news, a star-studded game could be on the cards at the County Ground following the appointment of new boss Dennis Wise.

Town Chief Executive Mark Devlin says the former Chelsea midfielder is incredibly well-connected.

He said: "Dennis has spoken to people like Gianfranco Zola about putting an exhibition friendly on.

"Whether it's in the near future or not I don't know but Dennis does have some excellent contacts with some outstanding international players and it would be wonderful to put on the type of exhibition match he has been talking about."
