I saw him score at hat trick at Wantage Town. He looked good that day!

Especially as they were dressed as Celtic (if you squinted funny anyway)! I always felt he looked like a decent-ish player who just didn't quite fit into the team/system we were playing at the time.

Did they have a mouthy overrated Irish shortarse wanker in midfield, a diving Japanese player on the wing, a fat useless bald Welsh striker up front and a diving Bulgarian on the other wing? And did they bring on Ainsley Harriot towards the end?

And even with that shit team they still walk the SPL  :-))(

Good point.

They deserved to win the league, although Hearts twice outplayed Celtic, at home when 2-0 up within 10 minutes, the referee sent Fyssas off for a professional foul which Balde had got away with in the first half and Celtic came back to win 3-2. Then last week at Parkhead, Hearts completely outplayed Celtic at Darkhead only to lack penetration and lose 1-0. The other game finished 1-1 at Parkhead at the time when Skacel looked like a footballer.

Neil Lennon is still the biggest wankbiscuit to walk this planet though and there'll be no Tims at Hampden as they lost to the monkey that hangs about with Clint Eastwood, useless weegie soap dodging bastards!!

Maybe Hearts will make a challenge next year? Did you have a different manager each time you played the hoops?

Yes, now you mention it! Burley was in charge of the 1-1, Rix in charge of the 2-3 and Ivanauskas the 0-1.

Hearts have proved in bits this season that they could challenge the old firm with the current squad of players which is now about 40 players big! Rix signed Lee Johnson from Yeovil and Chris Hackett from the Pox which is apparently the reason he got the boot as Romanov didn't think they were the players to play in the Champions League!

Hearts have a backbone of quality, Craig Gordon is the best goalkeeper I have seen in the flesh and Pressley and Webster are solid at the back. Fyssas won the Euro Championship with Greece at Left Back and Skacel, Brellier, Aguiar and Hartley (who never stops running) are class, although Skacel hasn't kicked a ball for weeks. Up front Bednar, Jankauskas and Pospisil are good when fit! Will be interesting to see who they sign if Champions League football is secured. Last game is Rangers away which could be the decider. I'll be at the County Ground seeing us get relegated! Crying

My mate in my local is a hearts fan, he goes up when he can, his parents still live in Edinburgh, so I always get the latest news from him. He rates jankauskas and Pospisil, and Hartley obviously makes the team tick, you've done well to keep hold of him.

I seriously hope Hearts make a challenge next year, with the start they made this year I thought the SPL might be interesting. Have you got a new manager yet (haven't seen my mate for a couple of weeks) - last I saw Mattheus was interested?!?

Valdas Ivanauskas is in charge until the end of the season, he has done ok so far, dropped Skacel and the team is playing well. Against Dunfermline, Hearts were excellent and were 3-0 up within 25 minutes. Granted Dunfermline were woeful but still!

Loads of rumours, Berti Vogts  , Mattheus, Nevio Scala etc.
