How do they get 25%, the new lot 75% and Power and Emmell 23%.
Are we breaking mathematical rules?
It's simple. Sandy adds 17.5% for the VAT and then Bowden (remember him?) adds another 20% for 'goodwill' - making 137.5%.
If you then deduct the new owner's 75%, the current rabble's 25% and Bill P/Phil E's 23% you're left with 14.5%...which then, due to the wonders of financial engineering, magically disappears.
