Alarms and CCTV not being monitored is a different thing to them not being available and working. It sounds to me like the monitor, response and maintenance contract has been put on hold due to non payment rather than the actual functionality of the CCTV and Alarm.

Where’s the duty of care to all supporters inside the stadium if the CCTV isn’t active. Maybe that's what they meant about the ones creeping in to the womens toilets. "Yeah they used to work, but we've not paid the bill in months, so don't worry about it" |

Pretty sure the cameras are working in the Arkells, some people were told not to mess around near the away end concourse, I'm sure the steward said they were seen on the camera. I may have misheard.

I'd imagine that the matchday control room at corner of Town End & DRS is still manned by or has a plod presence?
CCTV is mentioned in EFL ground regs & copy and pasted into the CG ground regs as well. No explicit mention that it has to be in working order but the inference is that it should be. If it's not operational on non matchdays then now is the time for |

Lost the first 7 and didn't win until game 14 or 15. So to take it to the last game, the new manager has done a decent job.
The fans are still behind the team. Tans - we're South and Banbury would surely go Central but theres always movement each season depending on who is in the leagues. Did I read that there was trouble at a few Banbury games this season, including away. |

It's not so much that the court could find "against" the club - the club isn't a party to the court case, it's Standing v Power, but that information could emerge in the course of that case that leads to the FA charging the club separately. The club's best case scenario is probably Standing/Power settling out of court. As in an additional charge or charges over & above the exist one on the books against the club, Power, Standing & Barry? Always the chance of some very dirty washing being aired if it can't be settled out of court I guess. In a way it might be better if all of the details around the "loan" do come out into the open. |

Can't see it being like that as you can see the operators on a matchday but more if there's a security issue on non matchdays ie an alarm goes off and no-one responds, or whether the day to day cameras are actually working or being maintained. |
