I'm not convinced we will see a huge upturn in attendance regular, I think the prices are what stop's people coming that are not necessarily stfc fans but are happy to go and watch their local team winning games, £27 for L2 football is a lot in the current climate (doesn't it go up on the day by £2 ?), it is sad that being on a good run doesn't help, I think also with the sh1t show off the pitch it does not help with those that have had enough and decided enough is enough. Agree with this, and also the suggestion of a standing area. A section of standing area in The Town End, and subsequent cheaper tickets, would, I'm sure, increase the attendance and noise. They could, maybe, also convert sections at the bottom parts of each of the main stands to standing too. |

Clarke because he got a goal and an assist for Drinan’s second goal and it was a beautiful pass from deep and is not one you see in league 2 very often, perfect weight, perfect distance on it and was literally what got us from back to front and I haven’t seen much appreciation on it, which is a shame. Also he could’ve had a brace when he bundled into the box and held off the defender to try and get a shot off while off balance, many players would’ve just tumbled and the keeper collected but Clarke held firm Absolutely perfectly weighted. What a pass. |

The old shrivenham road stand when lads used to stand on the half way line close to the away fans was always atmospheric.

That's another thing. It's always been rubbish how far away the Town End is compared to the away fans. Imagine a scenario where they were right next to each other. You could get the place rocking.
I went to a Coventry game a couple of years back. I was so extremely jealous. Their atmosphere was amazing. |

Its not (being used as) a scoreboard though. Have to confess I didn't check on Saturday but I don't think it displays scores does it. I may be wrong - usually am, but its object isn't to cat as a scoreboard or anything much useful from an in-match point of view. It should be used as a scoreboard and advertising- just seems like another bodge job to me is it any wonder people voted against the redevelopment when they cannot even get this right |
