Basically, each morning the teacher chooses someone, and the rest of the class have to say what they like about the child and what their best qualities are. Here is the TEF version, drawn completely at random of course, and will draw both one special person and one class member, who will hopefully add their positive comments. Hare comes the draw... Anyway, he was quite contrast to how he posted on here and seem to enjoy an evening of poetic verse and spoken word. Never for a minute thought it was the spongey one.
