Title: Message from Danny Lee RE: Matchday Tickets (17/12/20)
Post by: Costanza on Thursday, December 17, 2020, 21:44:22
Danny Lee (STFC Head of Ticketing) is trying to assist as many people with their ticket enquiries as possible and has asked me to forward the below message in case some TEFers who aren't on other social media platforms:

A quick note on the ballots.

The majority of supporters I have spoken to who have contacted the club about not being issued tickets for either game, they actually either have or had been issued tickets for one of the first two games, their ticket was either in their junk folder or they had an incorrect email so important to check that, and we can always re send and update emails if required.

Very few supporters have not physically been issued a ticket at all. Always a few teething problems with a new process and the tight timescales between fixtures and every changing government guidelines doesn’t give us a huge amount of time but we can continue to work with Ticketmaster to iron out any issues that arise.

You can always email and we are happy to help so please do not think we don’t care or not trying to help at all and as you know I will always help.

Thanks

Even with just 2000 fans the atmosphere still has to be better than Wembley.

It seems that Twitter and matchday threads have turned into the first day at school for every match at the moment.  I've got a ticket, I haven't got a ticket, I've had 2 tickets, I've had no tickets - has anyone received their ticket email yet.

I wish this Covid bollocks would just fuck off.

It's clearly a nefarious scheme by Power to create a distraction.  Meanwhile, he's dressed up in a black and white striped jumper with a mask on (eyes as well as face - that didn't use to need explaining) and is busy carrying bags of cash and club trophies (all those NI Milk Cups) and hoping people don't see the team falling apart on the pitch.  Those getting tickets are planted by Power to present a positive outlook and ensure the spotlight remains elsewhere.

Wake Up Sheeple.

The chap sat next to me last Saturday was fuming because he didn't have his normal seat. Some people still just don't get they should be thankful just being in the stadium and having a ticket.
