I think we'd just been out putting up cardboard cutouts behind the goal before that was a thing.

TBF as has been covered elsewhere that's in large part because some of our better prospects have often been sold before getting to that stage. Seems quite a laid back bloke, suspect that belies the amount of hard work and determination it must have taken to have a career as an established pro.
