Title: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Bolshie Budgie on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 15:38:30 I come in peace!
While I am a Norwich fan (hence the Budgie) I have Wiltshire connections as my late mother came from Wiltshire. So I am interested to see that Swindon loaned Jaiyesimi from us but he has hardly played. . He and Yeovil were doing really well last season and then he got injured and Yeovil's season collapsed! I Just wondered if he is still recovering from that nasty injury he got and will see some action eventually and score some goals for you. As for Tommo he has been really unlucky playing for us as he seems to get injured! However he played many games for you and is making sub appearances at Shrewsbury this season. I would like to see him play regularly for us as he knows that a DM's job is to protect the defence Come on you Robins! Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: RobertT on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 15:45:04 He's been injured, but a different injury. Due back soon.
Collision injuries appear to be something you can catch at our club currently. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Sippo on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 15:46:54 Cunt.
Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Sippo on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 15:47:44 And I fucking hate the phrase ‘I come in peace..’.
Are you an alien? Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: BambooToTheFuture on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 15:53:06 No. No. No Sippo! You read it all wrong!
He means he ejaculates in peace. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Peter Venkman on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 15:59:29 On t'radio Wellens said he was having his final operation yesterday and they were waiting to hear the outcome.
Whether that was recorded prior to yesterday I don't know but if that is the case it sounds further away from fitness than was suggested. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Bolshie Budgie on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 16:12:12 Peter V. and RobertT - thanks for the sensible replies.

Welcome Mr. Norwich fan. Big fan of Norwich as a city, and a great club. Wierdly I also have a soft spot for the Tractor Boys down the road having spent much time in Suffolk. I bet you're looking forward to having the 'old farm' back next season?! ;) Ps. cunt Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Richie Wellen-Dowd on Thursday, October 10, 2019, 09:48:41 we should probably explain 'cunt' is the standard forum first post welcome more often Thanks for that, good to know. So why do people shout it at me in the street then? Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Batch on Thursday, October 10, 2019, 09:50:28 Thanks for that, good to know. Good to see you moving up the table. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Flashheart on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 21:14:38 Too soon to tell.
Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Bogus Dave on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 21:38:48 His name is jayesimi
He’s a black belt in karate Working for the city He has to discipline his body Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: OOH! SHAUN TAYLOR on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 22:40:15 What brief moments you may have seen of Jaiyesimi, what do you think? Promising. Potentially very exciting.Good to see you moving up the table. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Kinky Tom on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, 23:21:42 Unfortunately was off the pace in his first start on Saturday, showed moments of promise but didn't look fluid enough, every touch seemed like his mind was slightly ahead of his body to me.
What is obvious is that his initial instinct is to be positive and from other brief cameos he can get past players so I'm excited to see what he can do when he's fully fit. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Tails on Thursday, October 31, 2019, 09:17:54 He was poor on Saturday. Can't fault his willingness to run or his effort but he lost the ball / gave it away constantly. Needs to get on the weights.
I thought he was very good in his cameo against Stevenage though, he was the first player that really managed to get through their defence. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Flashheart on Thursday, October 31, 2019, 09:20:46 I reckon we may not play with wingers Saturday. Without Isgrove, our stronger team will probably be to make use of our central midfielders, so I'm not sure DJ will get a start for a while.

I dunno, I think we will change somewhat to what we have been doing. Probably going with a 4-3-3 I think it would be Yates and Anderson on either side of Doyle, or maybe if Anderson drops into the midfield I think DJ would come in rather then Woolery. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Bolshie Budgie on Monday, November 25, 2019, 19:29:26 Good to see you at the top of the table. :D :D
Anymore news re Jaiyesimi? Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: theakston2k on Monday, November 25, 2019, 19:36:08 Good to see you at the top of the table. :D :D Hit and miss, doesn’t seem to know when to pass the ball at the moment so loses the ball too often in good positions. Also tries pointless step overs all too often but that makes him better than Woolery according to some... so maybe he’s marmite.Anymore news re Jaiyesimi? Struggling to get a start and will get harder over the next couple of weeks once Anderson and Isgrove are fit. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: come on you redssss on Monday, November 25, 2019, 19:38:35 Well, I have actually found him to look a tidy player when he’s played. Sometimes he can be naive on the ball, but I think he looks fairly bright and he bagged a goal against Walsall (albeit with the help of a big deflection.) He will probably be on the bench with wingers returning from injury but he is certainly a good option to have.
Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Flashheart on Monday, November 25, 2019, 19:39:52 Raw, very raw. But there's definitely something there.
Some more game time will likely do him good but, as mentioned above, game time is going to become limited for him with 1st team players coming back soon. Title: Re: Diallong Jaiyesimi Post by: Peter Venkman on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, 13:15:55 Raw, very raw. But there's definitely something there. This. Some more game time will likely do him good but, as mentioned above, game time is going to become limited for him with 1st team players coming back soon. He is strong and has bags of pace but often tried a little too hard to do it "on his own" when he should pass. A decent prospect but needs more game time off the bench so we can make a better judgement. |
