Title: Coventry Away and the Specials
Post by: donkey on Thursday, June 22, 2017, 14:59:40
I know there are a number of two-tone fans on here, thought this might appeal when we've playing Coventry (not until 20th Jan).  An impressive venture, staffed, run and set up by volunteers.  Good luck to them.

Pete Chambers is an old mate of mine, top bloke well worth a visit if you like 2 tone/ska, as is the 2tone village and museum surrounding it.

Just think it ws only back in Feb, that I posted about the 2-tone trail. Seems like a lifetime ago.  We even won that day.

Coventry away has been a happy hunting ground for the Town of late, we haven't lost there since 1964 with 4 wins and 3 draws in that time.
