Title: Cooker repairs
Post by: blah blah on Thursday, April 27, 2017, 12:32:01
So our cooker started smelling funny yesterday. A sort of burning plastic sort of smell (no my son hasn't tried to cook pizza without removing the plastic base again.....) and the cooling fan wont switch off. Its a range-style, dual fuel, so electric ovens with gas hob. I've phoned round a few people I've found on google, but they either won't touch it because they are electricians and can't deal with gas, or they say it's too old (maybe 15 years) and they will struggle to get parts.

Anyone know anyone who might be able to help ? I'd much rather pay for a repair than spend £1k on replacing it
