Tell me about it. As someone who lived in St Andrews, it's quite interesting to walk through at 11.30 on a Friday night. Can't remember a time I've walked through and NOT been accosted. Would be more than happy to pay petrol and provide inconspicuous company.Trains are woefully expensive, especially for a poor student as myself.
It's been a while since I've been to Rovers away. Last time was as a teen, where a certain Pat Kanyuka scored for us. Rickie Lambert scored for them and they equalised late on courtesy of Chris Lines... He's been a thorn in the side a few times since. Train to Temple Meads,then get a Severn Beach line train to Montpelier,then pub crawl up the Gloucester Road. It's about a half hour walk to the ground if you don't stop for a drink.
