Title: How many grounds Post by: land_of_bo on Friday, August 26, 2005, 12:21:14 I was just sat bored at my desk and I wondered how many grounds I'd been to watching the mighty town. Then I wondered if I had been to anyones new and old ground...so I went through the league tables and counted up.
For the record its 44, out of those these are the old stadia I've visited which have since disappeared, but I haven't been to the replacement! Man City, Sunderland, Derby, Wigan, Southampton, Stoke, Hull, Leicester and Oxford I reckon the shittest ground I visited was Cambridge Utd years aog, when they had sand in the corners for their long ball hoofing, and the best Man Utd when we lost 4-2 in the league cup - 8000 town fans and we were so fooking loud! What about everyone else, anyone done all the grounds? Best and worst? Worst: chesterfield is a dump, portsmouth is worse than the CG, but the manor or the mem in bristol are horrible
