They wouldn't post a new one until after a certain amount of time had elapsed, which was no good as it was for a present. Ended up buying elsewhere and eventually got a refund through ebay buyer protection.

When I did Chemistry A Level back in the 60's, the gospel, was Sanderson's Principles of Chemistry, but that was written by an American and published in New York....so we understood the Yanks did sulfur, sulfite, but we Brits didn't. Sadly now it seems we do....who invented chemistry, wasn't the fucking Yanks that for sure. (Antoine Lavoisier is generally regarded as the father of modern chemistry, and if you compare the kit he had to the likes of Priestley out at Bowood, you can see why |
