Title: Rules
Post by: Flashheart on Monday, May 19, 2014, 10:41:36
3 birds are to be used by each team in each game.
The same girl can be used more than once throughout the tournament, but the same photo cannot be used more than once.

No bare nipples or clunge allowed. Peanut smuggling and camel toes are allowed. Please Just try to use common sense.
If voters feel that the above rule is being abused, then you are encouraged to protest by voting in favour of the opposing team.

Each bird must be a national of that country. If a dispute arises due to dual nationality, the contestant's nationality will be decided on where she was born.

All competitions run for 24 hours exactly.

Group Stages:
3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for a loss.
A game will be called a draw if the difference between the votes is 5% or less than the total number of votes.
In cases where teams end up on the same number of points, the team with the highest number of cumulative votes will take the higher position.

Knockout Stages
The one with the most votes in knockout games wins.
The 5% draw rule will not apply.
If votes are level when voting has finished, Mrs Flashheart will cast the final vote.

Games start at 8PM ish on they day that they are listed in the schedule. Kick-off may times may (probably will) vary but each game will still last 24 hours.

Get the images to me, with their names, in plenty of time please.
Managers are permitted to add a brief commentary on each of their players in all games.

I think that's everything?

Does the stunner have to be well known (ie. known by someone else on the thread) ?

I think it needs to be google able (so no randomers from the pub)

That said, I had Japan one year and was struggling, so made some names up. Didn't get caught, but lost nonetheless

How does the rules stand on painted on tops, are nipples allowed in that instance.

I think that the paint could be considered a type of 'clothing'.

Allowed.

Ah good old Ukrainian / Russian / American Kunis.  I think I got away with her as Ukrainian in the euros.

Generally I think dubious ones are fine unless the other nationality is in the Tournament too, in which case it gets a bit tricky.

Will be making copious use of the kunis clause just to be able to field a team!

Dual nationalities are fine. If there's a dispute (I.E 2 teams want to use her), her nationality is decided on where she was born.

Trying to avoid any controversy - are nipples visible through a string vest ensemble deemed OK or not

I would think that it depends on the nipples. Full on juicy cigar butts probably ok, but not mosquito bites. A ruling is definitely needed here.
