I was thinking about sticking this in the trivial happy thread. At least Chippenham Town aren't as bad as this lot

They only had 7 players - 2 of which were injured
And one of those injured was in goal  :Ride On Fatbury's Lovestick:

All in all could have been a lot worse with the team they nearly had

Basically 5 able bodied outfield players and a crippled keeper.

The other side should be embarrassed they only got 14.

Personally when it comes to Billingham football....I've always been more of a Billingham Synthonia man...the only side apparently named after an artificial fertiliser.

Not to be confused with Bellingham, also in the north east, but pronounced Belling...jum, famous for its show.

14-0 not really acceptable under those circumstances. Surely you'd be looking for at least 20?

It was a cup match, perhaps the other side weren't interested in scoring as many as they could?
