I think I could count the 'winning' days on one hand over the years in the TEF Competition so I'll play it safe and have 500 Oevils on Simonsig.

Any real money riding chaps? I've had the big Simonsig/Quevega double, had 50 on MTOY in the opener with Bet Victor (money back if he loses so more in hope that is the real deal, than expectation). Winnngs or refunded 50 will be reinvested e/w on Rock On Ruby.

I'm torn between zarkander and grandouet. The latter chased zarkander home when conceeding 4lb and it wouldn't surprise me to see that result reversed. Grandouet is double the price too. Gone for the predictable treble of mtoy, simonsig,quevega.

Grandouet has bags more class but is made of biscuit and Zarkander has the guts to tough it out. Very open race.

Just pushed back.  Though if temperatures drop early then the last race or two may have a problem.
