Can anyone recommend anything to relieve joint pain? Didn't know if cod liver oil or something else would help.

I've had the trots for the last 2 days but I don't feel ill, apart from what feels like a very very minor stomach issue.

Should I be concerned or is my body flushing out a load of (pardon the expression) shite from my body?

Have you changed your diet recently? (ie cereal in the morning)

The reason I ask is when I eat Weetabix it gives me the chronic shits.

Not really anything drastically to be honest.

Warburtons have just started doing gluten free bread that looks decent. Genuis fresh bread also worth a go. Avoid the long life stuff, it's grim.

If you're local to Swindon, Rae's ice cream in Old Town do decent gluten-free chocolate brownies if you crave a sweet treat
