I have seen a couple of things on twitter that suggest one of the bar staff has said there was also a bust up in the players bar last night. According to the tweet, chairs were thrown and Essjes was the worst culprit. The players were told to leave and the bar shut early.

Just a rumour at this stage but worrying if true.

To be fair to T.f.E there was a post about this on the matchday thread last night. The original source came from an internet post by one of the bar staff apparently.

I have it from a non-bullshitting mate that this is 100% true.

I don't think most players bother with "the bar" after an evening game anyway so find this a little unlikely but you never know i suppose.

There is no 'players' lounge - we're not that flash... they share the legends lounge so if there had been a spat to the degree mentioned I am sure there would have been a few more mentions from the supporters who remain long after the game is over i.e. not hearsay...

There is a 'players bar' it is in the exec lounge, it is not just for the players but the exec area, up with all the sponsor suites

I spoke to the bar staff just before it closed, who said about the PDC scuffle and words being said, but nothing to this degree.  So the Pox fan may have just exagerated a little
