The Pilgrims have been linked with the flying winger for the last few weeks but now reports in the press claim that a £1million offer is going to be made for the 21-year-old. Following the arrival of Lee Martin at Portman Road it is thought that Ipswich boss Roy Keane is ready to sell Haynes and will cash in if Plymouth make a good enough bid.
