I don't usually take much notice of this competition, but Somerset need to get some success from somewhere this season.

Good stuff.  I expect Kent will skittle them out for about 50 though. :(

Does Jimmy Adams still play for Wilts?

Title: wahey!!
Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, 15:58:07

Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, 18:43:22

Glos game is in the balance too. Berkshire is it?

Title: wahey!!
Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, 18:48:58
berkshire won the minor counties championship last year so i read in the paper

still it isnt looking too special although lewie's wicket in the last over before rain has helped. should still win by 30 or 40 runs i reckon

Title: wahey!!
Post by: Johno on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, 20:44:05
Nah...come on Berkshire!!

Title: wahey!!
Post by: Boeta on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, 20:53:24
surely you should be supporting gloucestershire seeing as you're from the west country. clubs like gloucs and somerset get enough stick from wankers from places like surrey without giving it out to each other

i know ill be hoping for a ton from jayasuria or tresco tomorrow whilst im watching the match on sky (i finish college at 12  :beers )

Supporting Somerset is really depressing some times. All ways seem to get our ass kicked. We really needed a shake up this year. :wall

Caddick for England! I wouldn't mind him getting another chance. And Mullally.

Post by: Johno on Sunday, May 8, 2005, 08:25:07
somerset now though have turned crap again like always

we're on 88-3. Jayasuria hit 17. big woop! and tresco hit 20. another big woop!

durham put a 9th wicket partnership of 124!! so they finished on 298 all out. caddick finished with figures of 6-106 off 28 overs.
