Title: I.C.E. (Car stereo stuff) Post by: oxford_fan on Friday, December 10, 2004, 14:56:07 Does anyone know a bit about this? I've currently got a Sony CD Head-unit:
http://altura.speedera.net/ccimg.catalogcity.com/210000/212800/212899/Products/8432752.jpg I've got 2 little Pioneer speakers (10cm I think) in the front and some Sony one's in the back (12cm). I want to get a Sub for the boot but I don't really know what's involved. Do I need an Amp? My current head-unit is pretty decent plus the Sub I'm looking at has a built-in amplifier: http://www.sony.co.uk/ShowProduct.do?site=odw_en_GB&category=ICA+Subwoofers&product=XS-AW200X So, what do I need? Any cables? An amp? Title: I.C.E. It should have its own seperate line out for a sub (most head units have an option to turn on/off sub).
Seeing as your head unit is an xploder I would think this would be the case |
